1. Testnet Disclaimer

EvaporChain is currently in testnet. Tokens on the testnet have no monetary value. The network may be reset, upgraded, or taken offline at any time without notice. Do not use the testnet for production applications.

2. Use at Your Own Risk

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. EvaporChain is experimental technology under active development.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the network for illegal activities, spam, or denial-of-service attacks. Abuse of the testnet faucet may result in rate limiting.

4. Open Source

EvaporChain is open source under the MIT License.
